how to get rid of heat bumps

on my shoulders and the top of my back i think i have heat bumps my friend has the same problem and she said her doctor told her it was heat bumps but her case is more serious but my mom and aunt agree that is heat bumps and think im allerigc to the the things from bath and body works you know perfume soap that kind of thing but deoderant dosent bother my skin but since im 10 and will be 11 in december i didnt think it was bad ive had these since i was really little since like 5 i think but me and my mom or my aunt just cant understand what it is or how i got it i think its the soap my mom started buying when i was 5 i believe that i haave an allegric reaction to the chemicals and the scents ic the soap plz give me an answer it has affectaded the clothes i wear and the way i think of my looks it has made a huge impact in my life i hope that by some miracle that i find what it is so please do give me a answer
