will moving from alaska to a humid climate help my daughter skin?

my daughter has had very severe dermetitus (so they say) and we are fed up we have tried everything she lives wrapped up in lotions and medications and gauze what can we do?

it might moving from a dry climate like alaska to a place where the air has more humidity or water vapor the air would be moist not as dry as it is in alaska but move to a place where it stays warm all year round if you would want to help her skin by not giving her skin the moistier it needs it will stay dry like that so yes moving from a dry climate to a wet climate it will help her skin a little at first then over time it should get better if it does not get better i suggest going to a doctor so they can tell you that moving may help
